Bowman Power is pleased to announce its new partnership with ERS Technology Ltd. for its advanced Exhaust Energy Recovery Technology throughout Canada and Alaska.

ERS Technology Ltd. is part of a diverse group of companies, with over 25 years’ experience, whose operations are based around the Forestry and Renewable Energy Sectors in Western Canada. Their head office is located in Langley, British Columbia, approximately 40 miles east of Vancouver.

Dorian Munday, Technical Director of ERS commented: “Currently diesel generation accounts for 94% of the power production in remote and off grid communities in these territories. We see a very strong business and environment protection case to solve with this excellent technology as fuel costs continue to rise and legislation mounts for emission and CO2 reductions.”

ERS will represent Bowman’s Turbogen ™ products across Canada and the State of Alaska. “Our first goal is to work closely with Bowman Power in the establishment of a demonstration unit in close proximity to our head office for witnessing by our clients and prospective customers” Mr Munday added.

Since 2006, the Government of Canada has taken action to build a more sustainable environment through massive investments in green infrastructure, energy efficiency, clean energy technologies and the production of cleaner energy and cleaner fuels. Bowman Power is looking forward to this partnership with ERS to contribute to this movement.

Bowman’s Turbogen ™ products improve engine efficiency resulting in reduced fuel consumption or, alternatively, higher electrical power output, in either case with reduced emissions.Bowman’s unique technology runs on a variety of engines including Cummins, Caterpillar, Scania, Volvo, MAN and Mitsubishi.

Bowman’s TurboGen™ has been replaced by our Electric Turbo Compounding products. Now more cost-effective and reliable than ever.
